Picual

“De10″ is an extra virgin olive oil of utmost quality and early harvest extracted from olives picked during the first days of November in the Valle del Guadalquivir. De10 is a superior category olive oil directly obtained from olives and whose extraction takes place exclusively by mechanical processes. Our oil is extracted from carefully selected olives by cold pressure centrifugation (at a temperature lower than 25º). In this way we obtain an olive oil that has the Valle del Guadalquivir seal of quality. “De10″ is an extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety with a pleasant fruity flavor and slight bitterness and pungency. The Picual variety offers increased levels of natural antioxidants (vitamin E and phenolic compounds), carotenoides and oleic acids and it brings numerous health benefits. Tasting note Extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Picual variety and olive green in color. In nose it has a fruity aroma with high intensity and overtones of green leaves that predominate over the young grass fragrance. Medium-intensity tomato aroma is also perceived in harmony with the green fragrances. In the palate it feels with a medium and well-balanced bitter and peppery flavor. More persistent green leaf tones are perceived.

Extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Hojiblanca variety and olive bright green in color. In nose it has a fruity aroma with high intensity with clear predominance of green attributes, it is perceived in high intensities apple, green grass and alloza giving it a highly complex fruitiness and freshness. In the palate it feels agile and energetic, leaving a feeling of freshness and greenery. It is very aromatic with a sweet and almond entry. Peppery and bitter are felt with medium intensity. Palatable and well-balanced. Perfect to be used raw, dressing hot and cold foods such as salmorejo cordobés, gazpachos, salads, carpaccios, fish and grilled meats
